Solid advice to business owners and employees
I first met Nick Butler in the late 80’s when, as Managing Director of a manufacturing company, I invited him to advise the Directors and the 30 odd employees then present, in respect of the establishment of a staff contributory pension scheme. This task was achieved effectively and the staff were supportive of what was, at that time, an uncommon employment provision. I believe it was Nick’s relaxed and open manner that reassured the staff of the true benefits being made available. I believe a number of staff went on to take Nick on board as their personal financial adviser, as have I.
